prohope.in is operated by ProHope, D-47 Anand Niketan, near CAEHS College, Meerut Cantt, Uttar Pradesh, India. Please read these terms together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

2. Products and information

We try to describe our products, ingredients and nutrition values accurately. Product photos are for illustration, and packaging may change. Always read the label on the pack before use.

3. Orders and pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• An order is confirmed only after successful payment and our confirmation message or email.
• We may cancel an order in case of a pricing error, stock issue or suspected misuse; any amount paid will be refunded.
• Products marked “Launching soon” are not yet available for purchase.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment partners. We do not store your full card, UPI or bank details.

5. Shipping

We currently ship within India. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary because of courier delays, location or events outside our control.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy.

7. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to break its security, or copy its content, images or brand for commercial use without our written permission. All content and the ProHope name and logo belong to ProHope.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, ProHope is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Indian consumer protection law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to orders placed after the “Last updated” date.
